This year’s annual Conservation Banquet will be held on Saturday March 3^rd    from 6:00 pm-10:00 pm at the Tates Creek Ballroom, same location as last year. 

As usual, we have some great live and silent auction items as well as numerous raffles. Your attendance is vital to the success of the event so please plan on joining us for a night of fun, food and fellowship. 

Also, if any member has an existing relationship with a guide/outfitter that may want to donate, please give them a call or send me the information and I will be happy to make the contact. 

For our banquet to be a success, we need everyone to lend a hand and make an effort to help our chapter reach our desired goals. Thank you and I hope to see you on March 3, 2012.
