Outings

A variety of fishing trips are organized throughout the year to provide members the opportunity to learn, teach, and share in fellowship with other anglers. Trips are designed to interest everyone, from the beginner to the avid fly fisherman whether fishing for trout, smallmouth, or steelhead. Day trips to local fisheries are planned as well as weekend destinations outside of Kentucky. TU outings are a great way to meet new friends while giving members a chance to economically fish other locations. Join us for an adventure!

Next Meeting

The April 2008 meeting will begin a new venue for our monthly meetings. Columbia Steakhouse Downtown Lexington will be the site of our future monthly meetings. The address is 201 North Limestone, Lexington, KY. 40507. It is about half a block north of the Fayette County Courthouse. There is parking on the street in front, as well as a parking lot. To reach the lot, drive past Columbia’s and turn left onto 2nd street and the lot is immediately on your left.

We have a great line up of programs and speakers guaranteed to educate and interest you in the sport of fly fishing. If you are an avid angler who cares about conserving, restoring & protecting our local fishing resources, we invite you to come to our monthly meetings to see how the Bluegrass Chapter is making a difference. Help us preserve Kentucky's beautiful coldwater fisheries.

To find out more about the meetings, please check the calendar or contact us.
